From the end of the M62 motorway at Subway, follow signs for the city centre.  This will take you along “Edge Lane Drive” straight to the city centre.  Follow the one way system into the city centre.

Follow “Dale Street” past Liverpool Town Hall (on your right) down “Water Street” towards “pier Head”.  On your right had side, take the side street called “Covent Garden”.  The Racquet Club Hotel & Ziba Restaurant is the last building on the left hand side before St Nicks Church.

Since starting out aged 16 as a kitchen porter at Arrowe Park Hospital, Andy has worked his way up the catering ladder, sharing kitchens with a number of high profile chefs such as Paul Heathcote, Andrew Nutter and Jason Atherton. Andys passion is in the grill section and can often be found french trimming chicken breasts, and preparing our wide selection of meats and fish.

Starting with us aged 17, Steven has been with us throughout the developing stages – he has developed his passion for food alongside the businesses changing and challenging requirements. He has a great flare for cooking and has a diverse range of skills.

Duty Manager

After working with the team in all departments, Laura has recently moved into the role of Duty Manager. She enjoys the challenge of the events and loves seeing each of the events through from start to finish.

Now with the company for 6 years, Donna has developed into a competant manager with a range of high profile events under her belt.  Taking on the responsibility for the Front of house stock systems including our extensive wine list and liquor items.

Working just lunch’s enables Youhann to be the face of Ziba Restaurant. Well known in the business community, many of our customers know Youhann, and come to see him as much as to come to dine in our restaurant Ziba. Youhann has worked at the club for over 11 years and is a welcome face for all our guests. He is the “Mario” of the Restaurant Industry.
